Well, October has been an interesting month. I was more focused on packing, home searching and moving than I was on exercising and my diet. That’s ok, life happens sometimes. 🙂 I started eating healthier again today and went for a quick walk as well. I’m going to take advantage of the fact my Uncle has a weight bench and some hand weights while I’m here. I have a meeting at 7 am so might have to exercise after that.
In 6 weeks, it will have been 1 year since I decided to do a Spartan Race and get healthy. I will do a recap of the year at that time. I might try for a recap at the beginning of November, but I don’t have my scale handy. It’s all packed up and in storage for the time being. I do have a tape measure though, so I can get measurements. They probably won’t be very good, but they will still be better than on Nov 1st of 2014.
I have noticed that when I don’t focus on updating my blog, it’s easier to stop exercising and eat bad. Blogging seems to help hold me accountable for my actions. I guess I would be embarrassed to admit what I ate last week on my blog, so I skipped it. I need to get back in the habit of posting regularly.
