It’s been a pretty good week so far. I didn’t really feel up to jogging on Monday so I walked instead. At least I got some exercise in after all the work of the weekend. I did a body-weight workout yesterday as per my schedule. This morning was a combo of jogging and strength training. I’m glad tomorrow is a rest day. 🙂
I’ve been eating pretty good too. I realized over the weekend that I had been having more non clean food than I thought. I finished up a bunch of it on Monday and still have a little left in my cupboard but I am slowly getting back to clean eating. I like the way I feel when I have less processed food; it does take a lot more effort to eat that way though.
My 5 week exercise plan ends next week so I am working on coming up with the next one. This was one I downloaded from the Spartan site, the next I am coming up with myself. I am getting a lot inspiration from Pinterest.
