Man, last post was in January. I’ve not done much in the health and fitness categories this year. Been in no races, not been eating healthy long term, no long term exercising.
I will be like ok, today, I’m going to start exercising. And I will for a week or 2 and then it peters out again. Same thing with eating healthy. I’m still eating the bad food that I bought for the 4th.
I did sign up to volunteer for the Spartan Sprint next month, hopefully that will motivate me to get back to exercising.
Also, I have been watching a lot of the Olympic trials and the Tour de France. It is pretty motivating. I do have to say that I think bicyclists have the best legs!
