Monday: Strength Training

Tuesday: Run/Walk, Yoga

Wednesday: Run/Walk

Thursday: Run/Walk, Strength Training

Friday: Yoga

Sat & Sun: Run/Walk

**One day per week will be a rest day. Taken whenever I want.**
